“How long will you wait before you demand the best for yourself?” – Epictetus.

Whatever it is, it could be career, health, personal growth, relationships, ask yourself – what are you waiting for?

What is the one thing you would like to change?

Deep down – you likely already know what the change needs to be.

But you resist, you stop yourself, or you fail to start the change.

But ask yourself, if you made that change – how great would it be? How great would you be?

Stoicism teaches us a vital lesson – you are responsible for your own progress.

So stop waiting for someone else to make the change for you.

Stop waiting for your blockers to magically disappear.

Instead, know that the path to change is through the obstacles, through the excuses and through those blockers.

As Marcus Aurelius says…

“The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.” – Marcus Aurelius.

So what is stopping you?
